You'll conduct technical sales briefings and research customer specifications to tailor product solutions.Roles and ResponsibilitiesInterpret and qualify customer-provided documents such as prints, CAD files, and specificationsFull understanding of tolerances, materials, specifications, and processing options that will guide a robust metal supply chain creationManage part specific supply chains by utilizing internal and external processing assets to meet customer quality and delivery requirementsEstimate material, labor, and delivery options on a part-level basis and develop contract pricing templates based on awarded workEvaluating sales proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization's quality standardsConducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer-specific pricesAll other duties as assigned RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred1-3 years of sales experience in the metal industryPrint reading required. CAD or drafting experience a plusExperience with SAP is highly preferredMS Office software skills required, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience in sales or customer service is an assetWorking knowledge of geometry, strong math skills, and a technical aptitude
