Monthly Bonus!BILINGUAL STAFFING SUPERVISOR JOB DUTIESThe Job Center Staffing is looking to hire a people-first Bilingual Staffing Supervisor within a fast-paced environment in Bedford, TX. The Staffing Supervisor is a critical role within The Job Center, responsible for recruiting, staffing, client relationships, administrative tasks, and more to deliver high quality service for both clients and associates.RESPONSIBILITIES OF STAFFING SUPERVISOR JOB DUTIES:● Recruiting – Effectively source, influence, and screen candidates from digital job boards, in–person job fairs, and other activities related to attracting qualified candidates.● Interview Candidates – Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and how well they fit into the client culture, all while ensuring candidates have a positive experience.● Onboard Candidates – Guide new hires through the orientation process, ensuring adherence to all relevant compliance regulations, and facilitating a smooth integration into the client's culture and position expectationsSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF STAFFING SUPERVISOR● Energetic – Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to engage with candidates and clients to achieve recruitment, staffing, and account goals effectively.● Communication – Able to clearly express ideas, and build strong connections with candidates/clients through effective verbal and written communication.● Detail Oriented – Attention to small details, like candidate qualifications and compliance requirements, to ensure all aspects of the recruitment process run smoothly and efficiently● Computer Literacy – Comfortable and proficient in using computer programs and technology.REQUIREMENTS OF BILINGUAL STAFFING SUPERVISOR● Experience – Willing to train the right, motivated candidate, experience as a Recruiter a plus!Bilingual (Spanish/English)BENEFITS OF STAFFING SUPERVISORCompensation – $20 per hour plus Commission PackagePaid Time Off (PTO) – 15 days of PTO per calendar year (January through December)Insurance – Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans offered401(k) – Company match 401(k) offeredApply and we will be in contact with you!
