You are both a trusted resource for employees and leaders and a key connector between the hospital and enterprise HR functions.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, balancing operational execution with relationship-building, and learning how HR strategy comes to life in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecyclePartner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administrationServe as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leadersCoordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrityDrive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning supportMaintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standardsAct as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processesSupport employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistencyPlay an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace cultureContribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital levelWhy This Role MattersYou will see the direct impact of your work on employees, leaders, and patient careYou will gain broad, real-world HR experience across multiple functional areasYou will develop strong partnerships with operations leaders and enterprise HR teamsYou will be part of a mission-driven organization committed to supporting caregivers and improving livesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or a combination of education and experience required Two or more years of experience in Human ResourcesCompetency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as computer applications relating to Human Resources Functions required Preferred ExperienceExposure to a board range of functions required. Previous HR experience in a health care facility with exposure to Joint Commission, and CMS preferredFamiliarity with benefit administration, basic HR functions, Payroll Administration, and state and federal employment lawsMust be detail-oriented with expertise in problem solving, observation, group dynamics, and interpersonal relations
