This includes developing and maintaining a clear technology roadmap, overseeing AI enablement efforts, and leading internal IT operations to guarantee reliable service delivery and strong user experience. The role also involves providing leadership over enterprise systems and data strategy, establishing project management practices, and owning the cybersecurity strategy to protect sensitive data.Applicants must have a proven track record in leading complex technology initiatives that deliver measurable business or mission impact, with a minimum of 10 years' progressive technology leadership experience. Strong experience in enterprise systems, data governance, and CRM platforms is required, with a preference for those with Salesforce experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to partner effectively with executive and product leaders, translating technical complexity into clear priorities and decisions.
