Human Resources Coordinator
Position Summary JOB DESCRIPTION A Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting various HR functions within an organization. They assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, handle employee inquiries and concerns, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. They may also assist with training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting and analytics. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Posted position does not allow for sponsorship or relocation.SupervisionNoneEssential ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the Human Resources Department and employees in all aspects of human resources functions.Provides general administrative support to Human Resources, with a proven ability to maintain confidential informationProvides basic HR assistance to employeesProcesses department invoices to ensure timely and accurate paymentSupports the onboarding process, coordinates pre-employment process with candidates and recruiting, conducts new hire orientation, creates new hire packets and filesMaintain employment records of facility employeesPerforms multiple activities in Oracle – data entry, integrity of HRIS, training supervisors and managers on functionality, reporting, etc.Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications1-2 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in Human ResourcesAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeHS diploma or Equivalent Preferred QualificationsHRIS experience strongly desired, Oracle preferredSkills, Abilities And Other RequirementsAbility to learn software tools, such as applicant tracking software, Oracle, etc.Professional verbal and written communicationProfessional image and tone with employeesAbility to manage multiple competing prioritiesAbility to take direction and possesses a strong proactive work-initiativeAbility to keep information confidentialAct with integrity at all timesWorking and Environmental ConditionsWorking ConditionsTemperature controlled working environment.
