The unit consists of 32 beds and provides care to patients requiring orthopedic treatment.Responsibilities: Lead the night shift nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and HUCs. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the orthopedic unit. Maintain patient safety and comfort through the use of hospital equipment such as walkers, commodes, and lifts.
