Job Type: Full-Time
Core Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Salary: Starting at $65,000+, commensurate with experience

As the Human Resources Director, you will lead and manage all HR functions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to partner with department heads to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and best practices to support organizational objectives.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for staff and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment & Talent Management: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and manage benefits programs.
Compliance: Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Guide managers on evaluations, coaching, and professional development plans.
Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
