Human Resources Administrative Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail‐oriented Human Resources Administrative Intern to support our Corporate Human Resources team on a part‐time, temporary basis throughout the summer months in Ridgefield, Connecticut. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands‐on experience in corporate HR initiatives, governance, and systems implementation.The intern will play an active role in supporting HR programs, maintaining policies and SOPs, and assisting with the rollout of HR system enhancements, including UKG modules. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to strategic HR work while building a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.What You'll DoSupport corporate HR initiatives, projects, and annual HR calendar activitiesAssist with reviewing, updating, and maintaining HR SOPs, policies, job descriptions, and governance documentationProvide administrative and project support for HR programs and continuous improvement effortsSupport the rollout and maintenance of UKG modules, including system support, training materials, and communicationsAssist in developing HR tools, templates, and resources to promote consistency across the organizationTrack project timelines, action items, and deliverables related to HR initiativesPrepare reports, summaries, and documentation for HR leadershipCollaborate with HR team members on ad hoc projects and cross‐functional initiativesProvide occasional support for HR meetings, training sessions, and data audits as neededWhat We're Looking ForCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post‐secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointInterest in HR systems and technology (experience with or interest in UKG is an asset)Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a corporate environmentIf you're eager to learn, enjoy working on projects, and want to build a strong foundation in corporate Human Resources, we'd love to hear from you.
