The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in the context of complex, multi-stakeholder, and multi-month pursuits, and experience in selling custom software, digital transformation, AI solutions, or services-led enterprise software.Key responsibilities for the Enterprise Head of Business Development include turning ambiguous problems into clear commercial paths, with a strong emphasis on scope, milestones, success metrics, and risk posture. The role demands an individual with executive presence and credibility, capable of engaging with senior leaders across various functions. A portable network and credibility in relevant verticals such as manufacturing, industrial operations, utilities, energy, and logistics are essential.
