This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, personable, and confident in creating strong first impressions, following up consistently, and building long-term business relationships.In this position, you will manage a designated group of referral partners, generate leads, and support the sales pipeline through strategic account development. You will use a mix of in-person networking, email outreach, social media engagement, newsletters, educational initiatives, and other sales and marketing efforts to grow Allphase’s network and strengthen our position as the preferred service provider when disaster strikes.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and referral partners throughout the assigned territoryWork remotely within the territory while meeting face-to-face with contractors (including plumbers) and other business partnersQualify prospective clients to determine fit for our services and referral programManage marketing plans and attend key networking and marketing events in the areaMaintain regular, value-added contact with referral partnersAchieve monthly goals for enrollments, jobs, and revenueFollow up on leads and referrals generated through field activityMeet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goalsProfessionally represent Allphase and promote the company brand through in-person interactionsComplete weekly sales activity reportsDevelop and maintain monthly marketing routesQualificationsStrong relationship-building, persuasion, and negotiation skillsAbility to think creatively and work independently to expand brand awarenessExperience in business development and account managementComfortable using technology, software, and business toolsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsMinimum of 3 years of B2B sales experienceValid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen and background checkBenefitsBi-weekly compensationCompany vehicle with fuel cardCompany cell phoneCompetitive commission planCompany-paid health insurance for employeesBuy-up plans availableDependents and spouses may be added at additional costHSA/FSA options available with certain plansVision and dental insurance (multiple plan options)Company-paid short-term and long-term disabilityCompany-paid life insurance401(k) with company matchAncillary benefits (hospital, critical illness, accident coverage)Paid time off and holidaysPI284373402
