Electrical Journeyman

Job Description US Citizen/ Drug test/ Background Checked/ Government project at AFB.Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with national and local codes- Terminate and test copper and fiber optic cabling systems.- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams- Perform diagnostic testing on electrical systems - Ensure all work meets safety standards and compliance regulations- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing electrical and data systems- Valid Journeyman License - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical and structured cabling systems- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and cable testers- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesPreferred Qualifications:- OSHA 10/30 CertificationCompany DescriptionFederal ContractorCompany DescriptionFederal Contractor
