Vascular Surgeon Opportunity - Community Care Physicians / Vascular Health Partners Community Care Physicians Vascular Surgery Program Position Overview Community Care Physicians and Vascular Health Partners are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join a nationally recognized, physician-led vascular surgery program in New York's Capital Region. This is an opportunity to join a high-volume, collaborative vascular practice offering comprehensive vascular care including both open and endovascular procedures. The practice emphasizes innovation, physician autonomy, and work-life balance within a multispecialty medical group structure. (Community Care Physicians) Practice Highlights Established vascular surgery practice with nearly 25,000 vascular procedures performed over the past two decades in the Capital Region. (Community Care Physicians) Broad case mix including: Peripheral artery disease Carotid disease Aortic aneurysms Venous disease Dialysis access Limb salvage Exposure to advanced endovascular and minimally invasive vascular techniques. Office-based and hospital-based procedural opportunities. Collaborative multispecialty referral network through Community Care Physicians. (Community Care Physicians) Qualified candidates should have completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) , completion of an accredited internship and residency and an active license to practice medicine in NYS. Must be currently board certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board. Upcoming new graduates will still be considered in a board eligible status.
