We are on the lookout for an Otolaryngologist to join us in catering to our increasing patient base. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a physician who prioritizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and long-term career development.Available PositionsWe have openings at both our main office located in Albany and our new facility in Saratoga Springs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive ENT services, including allergy treatment, audiology, speech pathology, on-site CT imaging, and various in-office procedures.Engage in ongoing investment in advanced technology and participate in clinical trials.Utilize our onsite ambulatory surgery center for patient care.Offer Walk-In Urgent Care services to meet immediate patient needs.Have the autonomy to focus on the areas of otolaryngology that interest you most.Contribute to the development of practice policies.Follow a clear pathway to partnership and ownership of the ambulatory surgery center.QualificationsMust be Board-eligible or Board-certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Compensation and BenefitsThe starting salary for this position is set at $350,000, with the potential to earn up to $399,000 in the first year, including bonuses and benefits.
