Job DescriptionTo be considered, all applicants must have experience working on prior NYCHA construction projects as part of a CM or GC team.Familiarity with the following scope for a Roofing Replacement Project:ACM and lead abatementRemoval of telecommunications equipment by utilities (coordinate with various utilities)Remove existing 4-ply membrane roofing material at main, bulkhead, and canopy and replace with a cold fluid applied reinforced roofing system at all buildings.Roof deck repair at main roof and bulkheads (wood and concrete deck)Roof parapet repair/replacement with railing.Repairs to rooftop structures repairs: (bulkhead repairs, bulkhead doors replacement, remove and rebuild compactor stack, replacement of bulkhead metal staircase, brick repairs at bulkheads, demolition of smoke rooms, repair of concrete roof tank support structures, replacement of roof drain body and dome with all accessories.To be considered, all applicants must have experience working on prior NYCHA construction projects as part of a CM or GC team.NO 3rd Parties and that means YOU - ALL RECRUITERS - if you email me - I will BLOCK YOU.
