Avarga Construction Corp. is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead exterior restoration projects across the NYC metro and Northern NJ.Established in 2011, Avarga specializes in facade restoration, FISP/Local Law 11 compliance, masonry, roofing, waterproofing, and landmark restoration. The company maintains a zero accident safety record and serves a steady portfolio of institutional, commercial, and residential clients across the region.Position Requirements:Minimum 4 years of project management experience in exterior restoration, facade, or building envelope workWorking knowledge of NYC DOB regulations, FISP/Local Law 11, and SPRAT rope access standardsDemonstrated experience managing occupied buildings in dense urban environmentsProven ability to manage schedule, budget, procurement, and field operations from preconstruction through closeoutStrong communication skills with subcontractors, consultants, building staff, and clientsResponsibilities:Full lifecycle management of restoration projects, including planning, procurement, phasing, and on-site executionCoordination of field operations, safety compliance, inspections, and adherence to NYC building codesBudget tracking, risk management, and resolution of access, logistics, and safety challenges on active sitesMaintenance of client relationships and project documentation throughout each engagementCompensation and Benefits:Base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experienceCompany supported health insuranceConsistent project pipeline across the NYC metro and Northern NJClear advancement path into senior project management and operations leadershipLocation: NYC metro and Northern NJ.
