Infrastructure Product Manager

We're seeking an *Infrastructure-focused Technical Product Manager* to support Credit Union Hosting & Onboarding Services. This role sits at the intersection of *IT infrastructure, product definition, and client communication*, ensuring successful onboarding and expansion of *hosted private cloud environments* for credit union clients.This is *not* an application PM, marketing PM, or purely strategic role. Success depends on *hands-on infrastructure experience* and the ability to *translate complex technical environments into clear, client-ready offerings*.No commercial pricing or cloud sales experience requiredWhat You'll DoDefine and package *infrastructure hosting offerings* for new and prospective credit union clientsDesign, document, and maintain:Hosting options and service tiersEnvironment configurationsInfrastructure menus and service catalogsTranslate infrastructure complexity (architecture, dependencies, constraints) into:Clear, sales-ready explanationsAccurate internal documentation to support onboarding and scopingPartner with Sales and Implementation to ensure *accurate pricing and effort estimates* (no pricing ownership required)Act as a technical bridge between:Infrastructure teamsSales* Serve as a *trusted technical partner* in client-facing conversations, supporting selling and upselling motionsWhat You Will Not Be DoingHands-on server builds or datacenter operationsOwning application features, UI/UX, or application roadmapsLeading marketing-driven product initiativesBuilding go-to-market strategy without deep infrastructure involvementRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) *Hands-On Infrastructure Experience*Candidates must have *direct, professional experience* working with IT infrastructure-not just stakeholder exposure.
