Warehouse Supervisor

Sodexo InReach is currently in search of a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Santa Clara, CA branch. The Warehouse Supervisor is primarily responsible for the warehousing operations, including receiving, stocking, and production. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security and safety policies and procedures.What You'll DoKey responsibilities:Oversee planning, scheduling, and staffing as needed.Monitor and streamline procedures for warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting to meet production and distribution needs.Direct activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, safety, and customer serviceDirect the movement, storage and processing of inventory to achieve maximum efficiency.FIFO (first in first out) processes with shipping and receiving duties and including daily cycle counts.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
