Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse SupervisorJSG is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our client in Milpitas. This person will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring accurate inventory management in SAP, and driving operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support warehouse personnel; provide training, coaching, and performance managementOversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and material handling activitiesEnsure proper storage, tracking, and movement of materials within SAPCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including intercompany transfersMonitor department metrics (shipping, receiving, inventory) and implement improvementsMaintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliationEnsure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipmentsEnforce compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (including import/export)Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational goalsDrive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)Assist with daily warehouse operations as neededQualifications:8+ years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in an EMS environment5+ years in a warehouse leadership roleStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with SAP and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of inventory control, logistics, and NPI processesForklift experience preferred (or willingness to certify)Temp to hire $35/hr.
