Operating as a core technical leader within the AI and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), this role is responsible for establishing and operationalizing a federated development model that empowers business units and delivery teams to build AI solutions independently within shared enterprise standards.This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesThe AI & Agentic Solutions Architect will drive AI adoption of Federated Development across the enterprise supporting both the newly formed AI CoE and Power Platform CoEDefine and implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for the Federated development, deployment, and maintenance of low code/ no code AI/Agentic SolutionsEstablish and monitor Agentic governance frameworks for low code/ no code solutions to ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirementsCreate Measures of Success for Low Code/No Code AI Federated Development & Adoption throughout the enterpriseEnable distributed teams to design and build AI solutions within approved platforms and guardrails, ensuring consistency, reuse, and scalability while preserving local ownership and velocityBalance innovation with enterprise standards, operational excellence, and responsible AI practicesCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and best practice guidelinesPromote a self-service culture by empowering users to create and manage their own solutionsEstablish and promote reusable agents, models, templates, and design standards that allow teams to scale AI development without duplicating effortDefine target architectures for agentic solutions spanning low/no-code agent experiences in Copilot Studio, and enterprise agent capabilities in Gemini EnterpriseSelect appropriate model and platform capabilities for each use case, incorporating enterprise standards for build, deploy, manage and operational readinessIntegrate AI & Agentic solutions with other systems and data sources, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party servicesDesign and implement data models, data flows, and data integration processesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for CoPilot Studio and Gemini Enterprise applications; diagnose and resolve issues related to application performance, functionality, and integration; maintain documentation of support processes and issue resolution stepsDevelop and deliver large-scale presentations to the Power Platform and AI CoE including executive forumsDevelop a team through coaching, performance management, and effective work assignmentPerform other related tasks and assignments as requiredQualificationsRequired Education/ExperienceMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field and a minimum of 4 years relevant full time work experience utilizing CoPilot Studio, Power Platform and AI Low/No Code Tools orBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field and a minimum of 6 years relevant full time work experience utilizing CoPilot Studio, Power Platform and AI Low/No Code ToolsPreferred Education/ExperienceMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field and a minimum of 6 years relevant full time work experience utilizing CoPilot Studio, Power Platform, AI Low/No Code Tools and Azure FoundryRelevant Work Experience A minimum of 3 years managing contractors or full-time employees, required A minimum of 3 years developing Agents in CoPilot Studio, required A minimum of 3 years solutioning with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, required Experience with developing and Scaling Agents in Google Gemini Enterprise, preferred Experience with developing and Scaling Agents in Azure Foundry and Google Vertex, preferredSkills and AbilitiesExcellent collaboration and team building skillsProactively approaches responsibilitiesStrong verbal communication and listening skillsAbility to lead/manage othersDevelops and delivers effective presentationsLicenses and CertificationsDriver's License RequiredOther: Google AI Leader Certification PreferredOther: Azure AI 900 Certification PreferredOther: Azure AI 102 Certification PreferredOther: Power Platform PL 900 Certification PreferredPhysical Demands Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday Work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends and holidaysAdditional Physical DemandsThe selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.Able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed
