Our Learning & Development team drives growth by equipping team members with innovative, accessible, and high-impact learning experiences through the Academy, our global Learning Management System.POSITION SUMMARYThe HR Insights team member will play a key role in supporting Legends Global's efforts to foster a culture of performance, engagement, and growth. This position is responsible for the administration, coordination, and tracking of critical initiatives within the Talent & Team Member Experience function, with a primary focus on Quarterly Connect (goal setting & performance reviews) and Engagement Surveys. The Coordinator will ensure these programs are executed accurately, on time, and with a positive team-member experience, supporting leaders and employees across the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and Support Talent Programs - Manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and inquiries for global programs, including Quarterly Connect, engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and onboarding experiences.Data & Insights - Generate dashboards and reports from systems (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, Litmos), translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support leaders with data for decision-making.This role will also collaborate closely with the enterprise Data & Analytics team to ensure HR data is aligned with enterprise standards, accurate, and integrated into global dashboards.Project Management - Support planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives across the talent lifecycle; maintain project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.Content & Communication - Draft branded communications, job aids, and resources to drive awareness and adoption of talent programs.Process & System Support - Assist with updating forms, templates, and system workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment with talent processes (e.g., performance management, succession planning, recognition, engagement).QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
