Job Title: Clinical Talent Acquisition PartnerLocation: Dallas, TX (DFW Area Required)Work Environment: Hybrid (schedule based on business needs)Employment Type: Contract-to-HireCompensation: $33.65 – $43.00 per hour (approximately $80,000 – $90,000 annually)About the OpportunityWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruitment for clinical healthcare positions. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and department managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies, source qualified clinical candidates, and manage the hiring process from intake through onboarding.The ideal candidate has healthcare recruiting experience, understands clinical terminology, and is comfortable conducting intake meetings with hiring leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies. This position requires a consultative recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions while providing a high level of service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitmentManage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboardingTrack open requisitions and monitor applicant flow to ensure timely hiring outcomesDevelop recruitment strategies to attract qualified clinical candidatesMaintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsHiring Manager PartnershipConduct detailed intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and recruitment strategiesProvide regular updates and reporting to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment progressServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on hiring best practices and market insightsCandidate Sourcing & ScreeningSource and attract qualified clinical candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting platformsConduct competency-based candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirementsReview candidate applications and ensure alignment with departmental requirements and preferred qualificationsPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers for further considerationRecruitment OperationsEnsure compliance with organizational policies, hiring procedures, and applicable employment regulationsMaintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking systemSupport job postings, recruitment marketing strategies, and development of new talent sourcing channelsOffer Management & OnboardingFacilitate offer discussions and negotiate employment offers with candidates and hiring departmentsPrepare placement notifications and hiring documentationCoordinate onboarding activities including scheduling new employee orientationCollaboration & Talent EngagementPartner with HR teams and departmental leaders to identify recruitment challenges and improve hiring processesAttend job fairs and recruitment events to attract healthcare talentProvide backup support to recruiting team members as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experienceHealthcare or clinical recruiting experience required with familiarity in clinical terminologyExperience conducting intake meetings with hiring managers or department leadersExperience managing full-cycle recruitment processesStrong stakeholder management, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skillsSkills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of healthcare recruiting practices and clinical rolesAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to interpret HR policies and provide guidance to hiring managersExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platformsWork EnvironmentHybrid work environment based on business needsCandidates must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) areaAbility to attend onsite meetings with hiring leaders and HR teams as neededWhy Work with Wheeler Staffing PartnersWheeler Staffing Partners connects talented professionals with leading organizations across the United States.
