Senior Project Manager/ Project ManagerJob SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the safe, profitable, and timely delivery of assigned construction projects. This role may involve managing multiple projects or large, complex scopes. The Project Manager leads work in alignment with company standards for quality, integrity, and client satisfaction, while maintaining strong professional relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Participation in preconstruction, estimating, business development, and contract negotiations is expected as needed.This position includes two levels based on experience and project scale:Key ResponsibilitiesLead the transition of projects from preconstruction to execution, including contract reviews, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.Maintain overall responsibility for project performance, including safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.Coordinate closely with Project Superintendents to establish effective means and methods, resource planning, and sequencing.Develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and ensure alignment with procurement and field activities.Oversee project financials, including billings, cost projections, change management, and timely collection of payments.Administer prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contractual and insurance requirements.Review, negotiate, and execute change orders and budget adjustments.Prepare and submit monthly progress and cost reports.Foster strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.Support business development efforts through client engagement, proposals, interviews, and negotiations.Ensure proper project closeout, including punch list completion and warranty management.Minimum QualificationsProven experience managing construction projects, including preconstruction and field execution.Strong working knowledge of contracts, scheduling, cost controls, construction operations, and productivity analysis.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard project management systems.
