Tech Lead IIILocation: Sunnyvale, CA
Position: Long term
Duties: Supervise IT personnel in scheduling and completing tasks and status reports, assisting with problem escalation. Manage resource allocation to scope and estimate user requests by determining their impact and costs. Execute technical strategies to increase efficiency and service. Interface with other departments to resolve complex or emergent operational problems.
Skills: An individual in this position must be extremely organized, pay close attention to detail, and be able to develop revenue-building strategies. Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential, since an individual in this position must frequently communicate with various departments within their organizations.
