Senior IT Program Manager (Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud)

Overview:DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Program Manager (Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud) to work with one of our direct clients in San Francisco, CA.Job Title: Senior IT Program Manager (Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud)Duration: 12+ months (with possible extension)Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)MINIMUM QHALIFICATION:10+ years' experience in a senior management position directing complex large-scale technology programs and projects.7+ years' experience providing leadership and expertise during planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource requirements for enterprise level programs and projects.Experience directing teams of architects, programmers, analysts and testers in a variety of small to large-scale projects.10+ years' experience developing strategic and tactical goals and objectives and long-range roadmaps for mission-critical systems, including cloud technologies, and the necessary standards and processes to support these goals and objectives.Extensive knowledge of cloud vendors, platforms, hybrid cloud and multi-cloud solutionsUnderstand private, public and managed cloud scenariosPrivate as well as public-sector experience, preferably in state government.Strong system analysis skills, experienced across the complete project lifecycle.Familiarity with ITIL based service delivery methodologies.Experience with cloud solutioning and migration projects.Experience managing programs and projects in an environment involving multiple datacenters: in-house datacenter, colo datacenter, hosted datacenter, Software as a Service, and cloud datacenter.Experience with migration of applications to the cloud.Strong communications skills, having the ability to communicate well with all levels of staff -- both technical staff and executive management.7+ years of vendor management experienceExperience developing consensus with disparate groups, sometimes with competing agendas.Experience developing enterprise technical policies for management consideration.DESIRED SKILLS:Experience leading teams of technical experts and establishing a culture of innovation and excellenceExperience performing program cost and procurement management functionsStrong business acumen and the ability to determine ROI and TCO for both basic and enhanced functional requirements.Experience managing high visibility programs or project portfolios with multimillion dollar budgets.Skills:AWS,Azure,Cloud,SaaS,PaaS,Disaster Recovery,Cloud Security,ITIL,Vendor Management,Public Sector,State Government
