Job Overview: As an Assistant Manager at CBS Signs Inc, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our signage fabrication, installation, and service business. You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the signage business - Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and pricing - Utilize math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stock levels and product availability - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to enhance productivity Skills: - Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong administrative skills to handle various operational duties - Solid math skills for analyzing sales - Sales experience to drive revenue and meet targets - Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide team members - Knowledge of stock management practices to optimize inventory levels Previous Sign Company experience a plus.
