You will contribute your detailed and technical skills on projects to ensure exceptional results, internal/external customer service and execute workflows on time.Responsibilities:Maintain and prioritize calendars, ensuring optimal time allocation across internal operations, external partnerships, and strategics.Oversee processes that support smooth operation of the Sr. Leadership team including expense management, travel coordination, and document handling.Leverage Microsoft Office Suite for streamlined execution of tasks, documents, and reports.Manage daily office activities to include ordering snacks, beverages, work with building maintenance, cleaning vendor and office supply management.Serve as a liaison with various stakeholders to complete projects as assigned.Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.Assist with VIP travel arrangements and accommodations.Schedule and coordinate employee internal activities; monthly lunches, birthdays, engagement activities, and monthly meetings.Coordinate logistics for meetings and office events.Meeting room set up and clean up.Provide administrative support to, and work cooperatively with, all departments as requested, including copies/handouts, mailings, report distribution, meeting scheduling, and other support tasks.Facility readiness: ensure breakrooms are properly stocked, organized, and cleaned.Distribute incoming mail.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preference for candidates with academic backgrounds in business.0-3 years office management experienceProficiency in MS Office suiteOutstanding communication and listening skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment as neededStrong communicator—both written and verbal—with experience drafting executive content and shaping messaging for diverse audiences.DependabilityStrong work ethicProfessional appearanceOnsite Full-time Position 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.Status: Non-Exempt
