If you are a candidate in need of assistance or an accommodation in the application process, please contact talent@nextech.com.Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute as a key member of the People and Culture Team and overall organization by proactively sourcing, attracting and hiring primarily technical talent across the organization.All Total Rewards programs and practices must be administered in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity, HIPAA, ERISA, and other relevant requirementsEssential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:Strategically identify and engage high-caliber candidates through passive and active sourcing techniques for various roles across the companyBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future needsManage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experiencePartner closely with hiring managers and advise on sourcing strategies, and create compelling job descriptionsEnsure all recruitment activities comply with OFCCP, EEO, and other applicable laws, maintaining accurate records in the ATSStay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies and enhance candidate engagementContribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the Talent Acquisition team’s service delivery, such as process improvement projects, implementing new tools or technologies, and developing best practicesContribute to a positive candidate experience by interacting with candidates in a professional and empathetic mannerAssist with formulating offers for candidates in accordance with company budget guidelines and fair pay standardsConduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and expectations of the positionBuild relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment counsel, guidance, and trainingProvide weekly updates on recruiting activity within the People and Culture team and to hiring managersPartner with People and Culture teammates to onboard new hiresCarry out additional project related and administrative responsibilities as assignedMinimum Requirements4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2 years of technical recruiting experience includedAbility to cultivate meaningful relationships quicklyAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to remain flexible even when priorities shiftDemonstrate enthusiasm for talent acquisition process and process improvementPreferred QualificationsExperience working within one or more ATS systemsExperience with compensation negotiationBachelor’s degreeWorking Environment/Physical DemandsThis is a fully remote position based in the United States. The role requires reliable internet access and the ability to maintain a productive, professional home office environmentStandard business hours are expected, with some flexibility based on time zone differences and business needsActivities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
