This role is focused on budget accuracy, deal validation, and cost optimization within a developer-driven environment.Role PurposeSupport pre-construction cost strategy, ensuring reliable budgets, value engineering, and margin awareness from early feasibility through construction.What You’ll DoPrepare feasibility and early-stage estimatesBuild cost benchmarks by asset type and marketAlign budgets with developer proformasSupport value engineering across structure, envelope, finishes, and MEPAssist with subcontractor bid analysis and levelingSupport PMs with change order pricing and cost trackingAnalyze estimate vs actuals and improve cost modelsPresent cost data to leadership as requiredIdeal Profile5+ years of estimating experience (residential & commercial)Experience in developer or design-build environments preferredStrong Excel and cost modeling skillsKnowledge of Florida construction marketDetail-oriented with a cost-conscious mindset
