Reputable Miami-Dade General Contractor hiring Project Accountant Must have Accounting experience in Construction industry. Client Details This reputable general contractor local to Miami-Dade and working throughout the Florida market, is seeking a project accountant to join their team. They are focused in the multifamily residential and general commercial sectors. Description Manage full-cycle project accounting for 12-15 active jobs simultaneously Track project budgets, costs, billing, and profitability Process subcontractor pay applications and draw requests (GC Pay) Monitor job cost reporting and assist with forecasting Support project teams with financial reporting and documentation Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and client requirements Profile 5+ years of Project Accounting experience Prior experience working for a General Contractor (GC) or construction company (required) Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or related field Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bilingual (English/ Spanish) Experience with Acumatica and/ or TimberScan Plus. Familiarity with GC pay systems and processes.
