Construction Project Manager

Base + Commission. Uncapped earning potential.We’re a family-run general contractor in Miami building high-end residential and commercial projects across Miami-Dade and Broward. We’re growing fast, and we need a Project Manager who wants their paycheck tied to performance, not just hours on the clock.What you’ll do: • Run 2–4 active projects end-to-end (residential remodels, custom builds, commercials) • Manage subs, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and client communication • Walk job sites with our lead builder — this is hands-on, not a desk job • Run our tech stack: Buildxact, CompanyCam, QuickBooks • Work directly with ownership. No layers. No politics.Who we’re looking for: • 3+ years in residential or commercial construction (strong assistant PMs ready to level up — welcome) • Bilingual English/Spanish — most of our trades speak Spanish on site • Comfortable with construction tech and a spreadsheet • Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and doesn’t need to be chasedCompensation: • Base salary + uncapped commission tied to project margin and on-time delivery • The right PM here makes more than they would at a corporate GC — because we reward performance, not seniority • We’ll walk you through the full comp structure on the first call.What else we offer: • Real growth path… We are scaling into development, not staying still. • Family-run culture (We mean it! not a poster on the wall) • Direct mentorship from a licensed GC with 15+ years on toolsWhere: Based out of Doral.
