Job Title School Janitor Location Frisco, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $14.50/hr • Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm • W2, Long-term Assignment • Start Date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT Support a major school district's operational excellence by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming learning environments. Janitors are essential in ensuring hygienic conditions across campus facilities for the entire academic year. KEY DUTIES • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal • Sanitize restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and common areas • Operate custodial equipment such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners • Respond to facility cleaning needs during and after school hours • Follow safety protocols and site-specific janitorial procedures MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical movements • Must be able to read and follow instructions in English • Valid government-issued photo ID and fingerprint clearance EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT • Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather • Requires stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and kneeling • Operates standard custodial tools and cleaning equipment • Must have reliable transportation to and from work PREFERRED SKILLS • Prior experience in janitorial, facilities, or maintenance roles • Flexibility with overtime or special events scheduling • Team-focused mindset and strong work ethic By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
