American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Orthopedics position, requiring a NC or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent ortho experience.Job Details• Work in a hospital orthopedic unit (Ortho 6J),• Shift is 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM,• 13-week contract assignment,• Cares for adult orthopedic patients with post-surgical needs,Job Requirements• Active NC or compact RN license required,• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an orthopedic or med/surg setting,• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required, valid through assignment start,• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months,• Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates),• U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration,• At least one professional reference required,Additional Information• Responsible for providing care to orthopedic surgery patients,• Must follow hospital policies and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,
