This position involves variable patient ratios and requires participation in all aspects of the ER.Responsibilities: Provide nursing care in a Level 2 trauma center with a comprehensive stroke center. Collaborate and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. Monitor and manage patients using equipment like Baxter pumps and GE monitors. Maintain accurate patient documentation using the Cerner system.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including 1-year in an ER setting. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS required before hire. Must demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and ability to provide real-time feedback. Experience in a high-volume 100,000 visit ED preferred.
