Laser Technician / Esthetician

Overview We’re seeking a Licensed Laser Technician / Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, personable, and skilled provider who loves helping clients achieve transformative results through customized skin and laser treatments. You’ll be working with a supportive, forward-thinking team in a brand that’s quickly expanding, with opportunities for leadership and professional growth as we launch new service lines and open future locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetic laser treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. IPL, hair removal, pigmentation removal, and vein removal experience required. Microneedling, dermaplaning, facials, chemical peels, and brow & lash lifts/tints experience strongly preferred. This position is designed to be PT with the opportunity to transition to FT as volume grows, and potential for leadership roles in the future. Work in a beautiful, luxury medspa in the heart of Austin Be part of a small, passionate team where your ideas and creativity are valued Be part of a fun and fabulous, fast-growing LBGTQ+ & Veteran owned medspa with real opportunity for career advancement as the company grows Supportive environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning Clients who genuinely appreciate the elevated experience you help create Responsibilities Laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, skin tightening, and pigmentation treatments Microneedling (with or without Sculptra add-ons) Chemical peels, customized facials, and skincare consultations Brow and lash services (lamination, tinting) Conduct detailed consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all safety and medical protocols Educate clients on pre/post-care and ongoing treatment maintenance Collaborate with our clinical and marketing teams to promote services, packages, and seasonal campaigns Participate in content creation (before/after photos, treatment reels, educational posts) Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction Stay updated on the latest trends in the aesthetics industry Uphold Gorg!’s brand standards of warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service Qualifications Texas Laser Hair Removal Professional License & Esthetician License Required Experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred. Proficiency in appointment systems. Proficiency in IPL & laser hair removal Minimum 1–2 years experience performing laser and/or advanced esthetic services in a medspa or dermatology setting Strong understanding of laser safety and skin physiology Excellent communication and client relationship skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Passion for aesthetics, continued education, and helping clients feel confident Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitation standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
