Assistant Vice President, Fund Accounting

Job Title: Global Fund Finance - PE Strategies AVPOverview:This role sits within a global investment management firm specializing in multi-asset private markets strategies. The firm manages a diverse range of private equity and alternative investment funds for institutional and high-net-worth investors. The Fund Finance team supports fund operations by overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and investor-related activities across these vehicles, while partnering closely with investment and portfolio management teams.Key Responsibilities:Review daily cash movements and investment activity across multiple fundsMonitor and report on credit facility usage and activityReview journal entries and perform general ledger account analysisCoordinate capital calls and investor distributionsReview fund-level waterfall calculationsOversee management fee calculations and related billing processesPrepare quarterly and annual financial reports, including audited financial statements and disclosuresProduce quarterly capital account statements for investorsAssist in the preparation of corporate reporting packagesRespond to investor inquiries and support investor relations processesManage regulatory reporting filings (e.g., Form PF, AIFMD)Collaborate with tax teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting dataSupport special projects and ad hoc internal requests
