The firm invests opportunistically across public and private markets and has built a differentiated reputation through flexible, solutions-oriented investing within real estate and real estate-adjacent sectors. The organization offers a highly entrepreneurial environment, lean team structure, and significant exposure to senior leadership and investment operations.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain broad exposure across fund accounting, management company accounting, investor reporting, and operational finance within a dynamic investment platform.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations, including NAV calculations, and reconcile to fund administrator records across master-feeder and co-investment structures• Support timely and accurate management and financial reporting processes, including valuations, performance estimates, partnership allocations, investor reporting, K-1 coordination, audit support, and tax processes• Assist with managing the accounting and finance function for a registered investment adviser• Maintain accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and tax standards• Manage invoice processing, expense allocations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting across multiple management company entities• Partner closely with the CFO and Controllers on operational and strategic finance initiativesQualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required• 2+ years of experience within financial services, public accounting, fund administration, or alternative asset management• Private equity and/or credit experience preferred• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities• Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute under tight timelines
