With innovation and collaboration at their core, they are transforming how brands approach paid social creative, cross-platform tracking, and marketing incrementality.About the Role:We’re looking for a Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output creative environment. You’ll produce high-performing paid social ads, iterate quickly on creative concepts, and collaborate with Art Directors, Growth Strategists, and creative teammates to deliver a high volume of testable video ad variations. This role requires someone who is performance-minded, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with speed, feedback, iteration, and results.You Will:Edit high volumes of short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and other paid social platforms.Rapidly iterate and version ads based on testing frameworks and creative briefs, often turning a single concept into multiple testable variants.Use tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-enhanced editors to accelerate output and streamline workflows.Integrate performance feedback and creative testing insights into ongoing iterations to improve ad effectiveness.Collaborate with Art Directors and Growth Strategists to align creative output with performance goals and audience insights.Work with templates and automation tools to scale asset creation quickly and consistently.Apply strong editing fundamentals including pacing, timing, audio balancing, color correction, and text overlays for direct-response storytelling.Incorporate UGC-style content, stock footage, and platform-native trends to drive authenticity and engagement.About You:Your Background:2–4+ years of video editing experience in a performance marketing, creative agency, or content production environment.Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world performance results, including ads that have driven engagement, clicks, or revenue.Expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, AI-enhanced editing tools, Figma (plus)Familiarity with AI or automation tools such as text-to-video, voiceover generators, auto-captioning, and asset versioning workflows.Solid understanding of how creative impacts paid performance and media results.Strong editing fundamentals across pacing, storytelling, timing, audio, and visual polish.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, deadline-driven environment.Self-motivated, fast-moving, and able to take feedback constructively.Comfortable operating autonomously while balancing speed, quality, and performance goals.Nice to Have:Figma familiarity.Experience working with templates and automated creative production workflows.Familiarity with best practices and trends across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snap, and other performance-focused platforms.Passion for storytelling through video in the context of driving clicks, installs, signups, and sales.Compensation & Benefits:Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 USD/monthGenerous PTO + HolidaysIncredible work cultureCulturally diverse team100 % remoteFull-time - contractor roleNote: please apply with you cv written in English and add a link to your portfolio
