Job Title: Creative Editor (Visual “Alchemist”)Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), U.S. Time Zone AlignmentLocation: Remote (LATAM)Compensation: $9–$11/hr (Estimated monthly: $1,557–$1,903)Are you a visionary video editor who can turn raw footage into cinematic, high-performing content that drives engagement and brand impact?Our client is a high-end creative production company operating in the fashion, film, and cultural event space. The team produces premium visual content across fashion productions, real estate, and PR campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and creative direction—working closely with PR and social media teams to elevate brand presence across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesTransform large volumes of raw footage and photography into cinematic, high-quality visual assetsCollaborate with PR and social media teams to execute campaign strategies through contentProduce platform-optimized content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and FacebookEdit high-performing paid social ads with strong hooks and engagement-focused storytellingDevelop long-form videos and documentary-style content for web and YouTubeCreate multiple variations of ad creatives for testing and performance optimizationOrganize and manage large media libraries into structured, searchable systemsApply advanced editing techniques including pacing, overlays, filters, and visual effectsCurate sound design and music to enhance storytelling and brand qualityIntegrate AI tools into post-production workflows to improve efficiency and outputWhat We’re Looking ForProven portfolio demonstrating high-level creative video transformations (required)Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci ResolveStrong understanding of platform-specific formats (9:16, 4:5, 16:9) and safe zonesExperience creating high-conversion paid social content across major platformsAdvanced storytelling, pacing, and visual editing skillsStrong eye for branding, aesthetics, and premium visual qualityExperience with sound design, music selection, and audio enhancementAbility to manage high volumes of content independently and efficientlyStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyBonus if experienced with AI tools (Runway, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)Bonus if you have a background in fashion, film, or luxury brand contentBonus if you’ve worked on PR media kits or with press/media teams
