Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: RNs are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. RNs must pass a Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation (open book, 90% to pass or will be terminated). Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Typically every other weekend, though additional coverage may be needed. Schedules are posted 6 weeks in advance. Orientation: 2 days of unit/department specific orientation. Floating Requirements: Yes, to other medical surgical areas or units with MedSurg patients waiting for a MedSurg bed.
