With over 300,000 experts committed to rejuvenating the hospitality experience we pride ourselves in being the employer of choice, so live limitlessly, come as you are, grow with us, work with purpose and explore the endless opportunities in store.Job DescriptionAdministrationAnswer phone calls, check voice mail and email messages daily including all customer service communication regarding website orders in a professional, personable manner in line with Fairmont brand standardsOrder stationary supplies and office equipmentWelcome incoming guests as they come into the officeOrder warehouse supplies as needed (boxes, tape, etc.)Accounting SupportReceive incoming shipments, validate incoming inventory quantities and pass info to Manager, Golf & Retail to process receiving for accountingSubmit invoices as needed to accounting; experience with Coupa an assetMonth end reporting; Excel experience an assetRetail Control SupportPick, pack and ship all incoming orders in a timely fashionLearn all integrated systems related to the websites; experience with Shopify an assetLearn all products carried on the website to provide accurate information to customersEmail, Live Chat monitored and responded to in a very timely mannerAnswer the 800 number phone and assist customers as neededMonitor and review any product pricing/description discrepancies or out of stock itemsCorporate SalesRespond to order requests given by Vice President of Golf & RetailWork with clients and vendors to discuss their needs for events, new hotel launch items and promotional itemsProcess hotel orders and ship productsDistribution Center SupportReceive incoming productConduct inventory spot checksAssist with warehouse inventoriesKeep warehouse clean and organizedNotify Manager, Golf & Retail when product is low so she can place orders in a timely fashionOther duties as assignedQualificationsExperience in shipping/receiving an assetPrevious website experience an assetOrganized and able to manage multiple tasksStrong telephone and communication skillsStrong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office an assetForklift operations an assetDemonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervisionPhysically demanding duties - encompassing standing, walking, bending and lifting (50lbs+)Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
