️ What You’ll Do
Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments using industry-leading software
Prepare itemized appraisals for parts, labor, and materials
Negotiate with repair shops, claimants, and policyholders to ensure fair and safe repairs
Stay current on repair techniques, labor rates, and state regulations
Travel for field inspections, re-inspections, and catastrophe duty as needed
What You Bring
3–6 years of appraisal experience
I-CAR Certified (preferred, not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A commitment to customer service and integrity
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or specialized training
Valid MA Appraiser License (Required)
Experience negotiating with autobody repair shops and using industry appraisal software
Passion for continuous learning and industry engagement
