Additionally, the CPO will lead initiatives in workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development, and will be instrumental in driving performance management and career development programs. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in professional services. The role requires a leader with executive presence, the ability to influence at the C-suite level, and a demonstrated capacity to lead culture initiatives and organizational change. A data-driven mindset and fluency in HR metrics and analytics are essential, as is a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree and strategic-level HR certification being strongly preferred.
