Job Description QualificationsHigh school or equivalent.Mowing experience preferred but not required.Skid steer experience preferred but not required.Plow Truck experience preferred but not required.Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferredKnowledge of lawn care techniques and equipmentAbility to operate and maintain a range of lawn care equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer serviceAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical laborValid driver's license and clean driving recordResponsibilitiesSpring, Summer, Fall and Winter months:Maintains grounds of property, including laying sod, mowing grass, trimming and planting trees and plants, raking, and fertilizingMaintains lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds featuresMows and edges lawns, using power mowers, push mowers, and/or edgersCares for lawns by laying mulch, removing weeds, and trimming trees and plantsMaintains flower beds by pruning, weeding and watering as neededPrunes and trims trees, shrubs, and hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain sawsMixes and sprays or spreads fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and treesMaintains the ground equipment which may include repairs and preventive maintenance as neededOperates powered lawn equipment, such as mowers, weed whackers, electric clippers, and pruning sawsMaintains the ground equipment which may include repairs and preventive maintenance as neededReports any maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions or repairs to supervisorPerforms other related duties as assigned or requestedFall clean upWinter Months: Plowing, ShovelingThe company reserves the right to add or change duties at any timeSchedule Available:12-hour shifts10-hour shifts8-hour shifts$500 Sign-On Bonus Available:Paid after 30 days of employment.
