As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. No prior experience is necessary — we provide full on-the-job training. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in your work, this is the job for you!ResponsibilitiesLawn Mowing & Edging – Operate push mowers, riding mowers, and edgers to maintain clean, even lawn surfacesPlanting – Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation according to client specifications and seasonal plansRaking & Cleanup – Rake leaves, remove debris, and keep job sites clean and presentable at all timesMulching – Spread mulch around garden beds, trees, and shrubs to retain moisture and improve appearanceWeeding – Remove unwanted weeds from garden beds, walkways, and lawn areas by hand or with toolsTrimming & Pruning – Trim hedges, bushes, and ornamental plants to maintain shape and promote healthy growthWatering & Irrigation – Water plants and assist with the setup or maintenance of irrigation systemsFertilizing – Apply fertilizers and soil treatments to promote healthy plant growthSnow Removal (seasonal) – Shovel, salt, and operate snow blowers or plows during winter months if applicableEquipment Operation – Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment including blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and skid steersEquipment Maintenance – Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of tools and machinery at the end of each workdayLoading & Unloading – Load and unload materials such as soil, mulch, stone, and plants from trucks and trailersClient Communication – Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when working on or near client propertiesFollow Safety Protocols – Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)RequirementsNo prior landscaping experience required — a willingness to learn is all we ask!Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, cold, and rainAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periodsReliable transportation to and from job sitesStrong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitudeAbility to follow instructions and take direction from a crew leaderValid driver's license preferred but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payOn-the-job training and skill developmentOpportunities for advancement into crew leader or supervisory rolesSeasonal and year-round positions availableSupportive team environmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants of all backgrounds and experience levels.
