Full time Benefits eligibility with year-round employment.Position SummaryThis position serves as a key team member to ensure all landscape projects are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation. Our Landscape Crew Member-Driver works in crews to complete landscape installs per job specifications.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesLandscape Crew Member-DriverAbility to perform tasks related to softscape install such as mulch, sod, and plant material installationAssists other crew members in hardscape installationLoading and unloading materials and equipment at job siteProvides excellent customer serviceWorks collaboratively with the team and company leadershipDemonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and writtenCommunication and behavior are consistent with company valuesDemonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environmentAbility to help perform tasks related to our landscape build and install projects, including retaining walls, patios, bed prep, planting, and mulchQualifications18+ years of ageMust be able to pass a pre- employment drug test
