The OpportunityA well-backed AI software company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help scale their team at a pivotal moment in their growth. You will work directly with founders and senior leaders, hire across technical and non-technical functions, and help shape a recruiting function that scales with the company. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and take pride in finding people that others miss, this is worth a conversation.What You'll DoEnd-to-End Hiring OwnershipOwn the full recruitment cycle for roles across engineering, product, GTM, and business functionsHire across a broad range of disciplines including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, ML specialists, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer SuccessPartner closely with hiring managers to understand priorities, define role requirements, and move quickly without sacrificing qualitySource, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions simultaneouslySourcing & Candidate ExperienceProactively build pipelines using LinkedIn, referral networks, and creative sourcing strategiesMaintain a strong bench of talent for both immediate and future hiring needsDeliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offerRepresent the company as a credible and compelling brand ambassador in the marketProcess & OperationsManage interview coordination, feedback loops, and hiring decisions with efficiency and rigourContribute to building repeatable, scalable recruiting processes suited to a growing start-upCollaborate with HR and Ops on offers, onboarding handoffs, and documentationTrack hiring metrics and surface insights to leadership on a regular basisStakeholder PartnershipWork directly with founders and senior leaders on critical hiresAdvise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategyBalance speed with quality in a product environment that moves fastWhat We're Looking For4 to 7 years of recruiting experience, ideally gained in a start-up or product-led companyProven track record hiring for both technical and non-technical rolesStrong understanding of tech hiring across engineering, data, and infrastructureExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable managing multiple roles independently in a high-growth environmentNice to HaveExperience hiring within AI, data, or developer-focused product companiesFamiliarity with ATS tools and structured interview processesPrevious experience working directly with founders or early leadership teams
