Payroll Coordinator

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $34 per hour. Job Responsibilities Process ADP WFN payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up to date Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 preparation Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data Requirements: HS Diploma, Associate's/Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field 3+ years experience of payroll processing Advance with MS Office Suite (Excel) and in using ADP WFN payroll software Experience Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Accounting knowledge of practices and tax laws REF #48826#LI-POST ZR
