Keep the hotel decor in good condition. Clean all work areas after completing job. Fill out Daily Work form. Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. Property Capital improvements Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, furniture.) Complete Work requests in Synergy daily. Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools. Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Answer all guest and associate related Synergy requests Assist with Capital improvement projects.
