If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa and Bretton Woods Ski Area may be your perfect match.OverviewTo ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment while providing maintenance services to guests in a courteous, professional, and engaging manner.ResponsibilitiesMaintain all public areas, guest rooms, meeting rooms and corridors on an on-going basis including paint, wallpaper and plastering.Performs preventive maintenance of guest rooms, following preventive maintenance guidelines for Omni CARE program.Maintain correct stock/inventory of paint supplies and materials and communicate when replenishment is needed.Aid guests in locating other areas of the hotel (walk them to destination if possible).Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation.Must be familiar with Omni's systems and procedures.Respond to all requests.Assist engineers and mechanics as needed with repairs.Keep all work areas clean.QualificationsPrevious experience as a commercial painter required, hotel experience preferred.Must be able to brush, roll, spray, and work on different textures.Must be able to patch, float and repair damaged surfaces.Must be able to work with stains, lacquers, varnishes, epoxy and Bondo.Must be able to apply caulk.Must be willing to work based on business and occupancy levels.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.Must be able to interact and communicate with the hotel guests.Omni Hotels & Resorts Is An Equal Opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran Employer.
