The Resort Mechanical Manager will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring the maintenance, repair, and functionality of the resort's infrastructure. The role includes managing a team of maintenance staff, scheduling inspections, coordinating projects, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency and collaborating with other departments to support a comfortable and secure guest experience.QualificationsKnowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, Universal HVAC License requiredProven experience in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to train and supervise staffSkilled in Project Management, including the planning and execution of maintenance and infrastructure projectsUnderstanding of Plumbing systems and their maintenance requirementsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Bretton Woods, NH, and respond to emergencies as requiredRelevant certifications or licenses in mechanical or plumbing fields are a plusPrevious experience in hospitality, resort, or facility management settings is advantageous
